Software and AI agents in Neuquén and the Alto Valle
Software studio based in Neuquén: WhatsApp AI agents, custom-built systems and websites for companies in the Alto Valle, with in-person meetings.
We work from Neuquén
Part of the Nevex Labs team lives in Neuquén city. Meetings happen in person at your company, in Neuquén and the Alto Valle (Cipolletti, Plottier, Centenario, General Roca), or by video call.
We run discovery where the work happens: with whoever enters the orders, answers WhatsApp or builds the month-end spreadsheet today.
What we do for companies in the region
- AI agents for WhatsApp connected to your ERP or system (Tango, öppen, Odoo): they take orders, check stock and prices and book appointments.
- Custom-built systems and integrations: dashboards, back offices and APIs so you stop copying data between spreadsheets.
- Modernization of old systems (Java 8, legacy PHP, VB6, Access) in stages, without stopping operations.
- Websites with local SEO, like the ones we built for Humedan and Ferracioli in Neuquén and for Estudio Sur in Centenario.
How much it costs
A WhatsApp agent connected to your systems starts at ARS 2,900,000 for implementation and ARS 250,000 per month for maintenance. These are reference prices as of October 2026: the final figure comes out of discovery, based on which systems need integrating and how many business rules there are.
- Implementation includes the agent on the official WhatsApp API, the integration with your system, the conversation panel, testing and go-live.
- Maintenance includes server and infrastructure, database, monitoring, backups, security updates and keeping the integrations running.
- Separately, and based on actual usage, come Meta's WhatsApp message charges and the AI model usage. You pay them directly, with no markup from us.
Try it before you hire us
With a sample of your data (part of your catalog with prices, or your calendar) we set the agent up on a test number and you use it for a week, at no cost. Read-only: it doesn't write to your system. If you go ahead, development starts from there.
