Who is responsible
Nevex Labs is responsible for the personal data collected on nevex-labs.com. You can reach us at contacto@nevex-labs.com.
What data we collect
Contact form: name, email, subject and message. WhatsApp: the number and content of the messages you send us. Client panel: email and session data of authorized users.
Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records visits in aggregate without cookies or personal identifiers.
What we use it for
To answer your inquiry, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services and provide access to the client panel. We don't sell or share data for advertising.
Who we share it with
With providers we need to operate: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (sending contact form emails) and Meta (WhatsApp). Each processes data under its own policies.
How long we keep it
Inquiries, for as long as the business conversation lasts and up to 2 years afterwards. Client data, for the duration of the relationship and as required by accounting and tax rules.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to contacto@nevex-labs.com.
Data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in article 14, section 3 of Argentine Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights under data protection rules have been affected.
