Demo: how a WhatsApp agent connected to an ERP takes an order
This is a demonstration with fictitious data, not a client case: there are no metrics because there is no client measuring. It shows the real flow we implement: the customer asks in free language, the agent validates against the ERP, reads the order back, and loads it pending approval.

The conversation, and what happens behind it
A fictitious beverage distributor. The buyer is an existing ERP customer.
| Message | What the agent does | System |
|---|---|---|
| Customer: “Hi, I need 30 cases of still water and 10 of the orange one, for Thursday.” | Identifies the customer by number and understands products, quantities and date. | Reads: customer, products |
| Agent: “I have the 30 of water. Only 6 of the orange are left; shall I send 6 and the other 4 on Friday?” | Checks stock and proposes an alternative instead of overpromising. | Reads: stock |
| Customer: “Sure, that works.” | Applies the customer's price list and builds the summary. | Reads: prices |
| Agent: “To confirm: 30 water + 6 orange on Thursday, 4 orange on Friday. Total $XXX. Shall I place it?” | Reads back the full order and waits for confirmation. | — |
| Customer: “Yes.” | Creates the order with a unique key, in pending-approval status, and notifies the team. | Writes: create order |
What the team sees
- The pending order in the ERP, with the original conversation text to review.
- An audit log: what the customer said, what the agent understood and what was written.
- The option to pause the agent and take over the conversation.
What to measure once in production
We don't publish numbers we haven't measured. With a real client, the panel records orders taken, percentage loaded unchanged, handoffs to a person and Meta message costs, so you can decide when to move to direct loading.
